POSH compliance is a domain where trust, sensitivity, and legal precision are non-negotiable. Our challenge was building a platform where organisations could manage sensitive compliance obligations with full confidentiality, without the rigidity of traditional compliance software. We designed a role-based access system that keeps complaint data strictly confidential between relevant parties. Training modules were built with engaging content formats — not just tick-box compliance — to genuinely shift workplace culture. The ICC certification training was structured to meet legal requirements while being accessible to non-legal professionals. Statutory compliance calendars with automated reminders ensure organisations never miss regulatory deadlines. Complaint management workflows were designed with legal guidance baked in, providing structured processes that protect both complainants and organisations throughout the resolution process.
